Statement of warranty

 

This warranty only covers products manufactured by LENOLED and does not cover any products manufactured by others. LENOLED warrants to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, its delivered products should be free from defects in the material and workmanship for up to a term from date of shipment. The term depends on the following matrix:

We will repair, or at our option, replace the defective product during the standard warranty period. This warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of the product and only when the product is properly handled, installed and maintained as deemed by LENOLED.

 

This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper installation or maintenance, misuse, acts of God, fire, vandalism or civil disturbances, acts of third parties, or any error, neglect or default of Customer. This warranty excludes field labor or service charges related to the repair or replacement of the product. LENOLED expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.

 

Return Policy

 

LENOLED only accept returns of products manufactured by LENOLED, not accept any products manufactured by others.

 

• Purchaser must report any defects in writing within 3 days of noticing the defects by sending digital photographs (.jpg) of defective items and shipping materials to LENOLED. Purchaser must retain defective merchandise, packing and shipping containers until claim has been settled.
• Returns must be first acknowledged by LENOLED and initiate the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process prior to return. All packages sent to LENOLED must have an RMA number issued and printed clearly on the outside of the package. All returns must be made in their original packaging with sufficient packing material. All products returned that do not meet this criteria will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Modified items will not be accepted for return. RMAs are only valid for 30 days from date of issue. Expired RMAs will not be honored.
• All returns should be at purchaser ‘s cost and LENOLED provides shipping to purchaser.
